SupportStates the intent of the Legislature to develop a permanent River Ranger progam at sites along the Los Angeles River and its tributaries.
Position Statement
The River Rangers program launched by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, hires and trains youth to provide assistance and stewardship along the Los Angeles River. We support making this program permanent.
