After receiving nominations from park lovers across California, we’ve compiled the top parks into this year’s official ballot. Cast your vote to help determine the Best of California’s State Parks 2026. 

Choose your favorite park in each category and help spotlight the places that make California’s state park system so special. 

One voter will be randomly selected to win a California Explorer Vehicle Day Use Annual Pass ($195 value), good for free vehicle entry to more than 200 state parks. 

Voting is open March 11 through April 11, 2026. Winners will be announced on May 5.

Optional: Add a short note about why you’re voting for this park and upload a photo that reflects your experience. Photos should clearly relate to the park you selected.
