Assembly Bill 3256 (Garcia, Eduardo D): Wildfire Prevention, Safe Drinking Water, Climate Resilience, Drought Preparation, and Flood Protection Bond Act of 2020

Assembly Bill 3256 proposes a $6.98 billion climate resiliency bond that would go before voters for the November 2020 election. The California Department of Parks and Recreation would receive $50 million that reduce risks of fire in the state park system and $50 million to plan for and implement projects to reduce the risks of sea level rise in state parks.
