How long will my physical benefits take to reach me?
Normal processing time is 2 to 3 weeks, however during our busiest times, processing may take a little longer.
How can I get my coupons and discounts?
You can login here to see where you can receive discounts and to print your coupons.
How long is my membership valid?
The membership is valid for a full year from the month you receive your benefits.
Is my gift tax deductable?
If you choose to waive all membership benefits your gift is tax deductable, not otherwise. Any amount paid above the membership fee is tax deductable.
Are Day-Use passes good for camping?
No. They are valid for day-use parking only.
Are passes valid at a California State Beaches?
Yes. All State Beaches, State Recreation Areas, State Historic Parks are designated as California State Parks. Please click here to see what parks and beaches do not accept the passes.
Are passes valid at all California State Parks?
No. There are a small number of exceptions. Click here for the list.
When will I receive my Sunset magazine?
It takes 10-12 weeks for the 1st issue to arrive after which you will receive the next 11 issues monthly.
How do I get removed from your mailing list?
To be removed from our mailing list, please return the latest mailing indicating "please remove from mailing list" in the reply envelope provided. If you no longer have the reply envelope, please send a written request to:
