California State Parks Foundation (CSPF) seeks a Southern California Park Champions Field Consultant to help us maintain and expand our successful Volunteer Program in the greater San Diego and Orange County Area. Field Consultants are our boots on the ground coordinators of volunteer projects in parks. They plan and attend projects in parks, and provide mentoring and support for Lead Volunteers.

California State Parks Foundation seeks an experienced, full-time Grant Writer (GW) to sustain and help grow our current base of institutional funders (foundations and corporations). The position is writing-focused but will also incorporate research, strategic thinking, and personal outreach to current and potential institutional funders. The GW is responsible for re-applying to and reporting to their portfolio of current institutional funders and must be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. The GW will also prospect for and apply to new potential funders. The GW will work closely with the Institutional Giving Officer, Director of Philanthropy and others on the development team to develop relationships with current and prospective institutional funders.  The GW can be based in California State Parks Foundation’s San Francisco or Sacramento office.

California State Parks Foundation (CSPF) seeks an experienced, full-time Communications Coordinator to join our team and work on our robust and growing social media and online communications presence. Reporting to the Communications Manager and working collaboratively with programs, advocacy, membership and development staff, the communications coordinator will assist with managing a strategic social media plan, contribute to the production of online communications, and support a variety of communications projects that reach a wide variety of audiences, including donors and members, volunteers, funders, policymakers, activists, the media, and the public. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
