Career Opportunities

The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director and is the point person for Board relations including planning and managing meetings, maintaining and monitoring follow-up lists, writing and filing board minutes and reports, and implementing technology and business best practices to streamline procedures and workflow. This position reports to the Executive Director.

The Director of Advancement will work with the board, staff and dozens of key partner organizations across the state to help implement a new vision and strategic objectives to galvanize great support, increase resources and safeguard parks for future generations. Working closely with the board of directors, staff, and volunteers, the Director of Advancement creates and manages a multi-year fund development and membership plan as well as a  comprehensive communications and public relations program designed to support CSPF’s near term and long range goals
